with this WINCHESTER MODEL 1897!

This is a Winchester Model 1897, a 12-gauge take-down pump-action shotgun with an external hammer and tube magazine, and was manufactured by the Winchester Repeating Arms Company from a John Browning design. From 1897 until 1957, over one million of these shotguns were produced. Since the time the Model 1897 was first manufactured it has been used by American soldiers, police departments, and hunters. One feature which made the 1897 popular with military and law enforcement, was the fact that there is no trigger disconnect (the user can hold the trigger down while cycling the shotgun and once the action is returned to battery the gun fires). This shotgun has been re-blued at some point.

Overall condition, as per Blue book of Gun Values guidelines, is 60%.

*Firearms will only be shipped to a federally licensed firearms dealer.
*Shipping is $50 on all firearms to AK & HI.
*For a $15 transfer fee, you may pickup your firearm directly from our retail store, located at 1105 Industry Road in Lexington, KY.
*We DO NOT ship to C&R License Holders.

*All returns must be authorized by us, and are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
*Shipping, handling, and any FFL transfer fees are not refundable.
*We offer optional shipping insurance at a rate of $1 per $100 of the item value; e.g. a $400 item would insure for $4.00.
