I don't know who is running your auctions, but they seem to give zero craps about researching accurate product descriptions, and looking the item over to make sure the parts are all there. I know it was a return, but that's all the more reason to look it over to make sure you don't screw the next guy. Please do better, this is getting ridiculous. | ||||||

I rarely leave negative feedback, but after several days of no reply to my inquiry, this is my only recourse. Bought an X-91 drum for $80 and of course they didn't state, nor was there a picture of it being shown as- broken, with two loose parts inside the box. A simple 2 second examination would have shown them this but they seem to not care. They put in zero effort to accurately describe their listings. What's worse is that they might even knowingly be selling these broken and faulty parts to pass the buck. Absolute shame from a company I respected. | ||||||
