I am a factory authoriz This is a great little conceal carry polymer frame pistol Designed specifically for conceal carry. Made in U.S.A., with manufacter's lifetime warranty (excludes cosmetics). Great for everyday carry. It was designated a factory 2nd due solely to cosmetic reasons. The photos are of the actual firearm. I looked the pistol over and I have no idea as what the cosmetic defect(s) are. If I wasn't an honest dealer, this could definitely be passed off as a first quality piece.

All sales are final, and “as is”. Email is the preferred mode of communicating. No shipments to the states of CA (unless on the CA State approved firearms list), Massachusetts, Hawaii, or Connecticut, or the cities of Washington D.C., Chicago, IL. N.Y.C. and Long Island. All firearms must be shipped to a FFL. Payment must be received within 7 calendar days of the sale. A copy of the FFL license to be used for shipping must be received within 7 calendar days of the sale. Within 3 calendar days of the sale, the buyer must contact me via email with his contact information (including at least his/her legal name and telephone number). 7% Pinellas County, Florida sales tax will be charged on all items sold for local pick-up, or shipped to a FL FFL. If non-Florida sale, you will be responsible for paying sales tax where you reside. Whether you do so is up to you and the local tax collector. Subject to local sale. FREE LAY AWAY OPTION: Please read all the details of the layaway before bidding on the auction. If you have any questions me an email me before bidding. Don't even think of saying that I told you over the phone that I would make an exception to the following rules. Layaway your purchase for up to 60 days! There is never a penalty for paying off an item early. 1. Place the winning bid with either the Buy it now option or High Bid. 2. Review the confirmation email for your purchase total, payment amounts, and details on payment options. 3. Make a 33.33% down payment or more to start the layaway. 4. Make another 33.33% payment or more every 30 days until the item is paid in full. If 30 days pass without at least a 33.33% payment then the layaway and all payments received will be forfeited. The Layaway payments are nonrefundable and nontransferable. And AGAIN, if 30 days pass without us getting a 33.33% payment, then the item and all deposits/payments will be forfeited. If you cancel the layaway, or go past the allocated time then the layaway and all payments will be forfeited. There is no grace period on any Layaway. Stock photos maybe used for illustrative purposes. Within 3 days of winning auction the winner must contact the seller to advise how he/she will be paying for the firearm. Unless using layaway, all sales must be concluded within 10 days of winning the auction. If using layaway, the 1st full payment must be received within 10 days of the end of the auction.
