The CZ-82 is a compact pistol chambered in 9mm Makarov, or 9x18mm. It was designed for the Czechoslovakian military when the Soviet Union standardized to the 9x18mm round. The pistol is a double action/single action design, meaning that the first shot is a heavy double action and each subsequent shot is a short single action pull. It holds a 12 round magazine and has an ambidextrous magazine release and safety. The slide release is on the left side of the frame. It is probably the best of the old Commie guns, and one of the all time best pistols ever made. Was the replacement for the CZ52 service pistol. Extremely overbuilt with real steel. Seems in very good functional condition. Has significant holster wear as shown. Super smooth trigger. Includes 1 magazine. Compact design and good for conceal carry. Additional original CZ mags are only $33.00 each and if ordered with the pistol will be included with no additional shipping charge. Totally reliable and safe design. Very accurate. Has high tech polygonal "rifling" (not regular rifling). This model is also very sought after by preppers as a great armageddon gun. It supposedly can safetly shoot 9X18, .380acp and 9mm luger. I don't recommend that you fire any caliber other than 9x18, but my understanding is that it is safe to use the other calibers. Do that at solely your own risk.Very cool pistol. So much so that I am keeping one for myself (Don't tell my wife). (It is solely YOUR responsibility to make certain that you can legally own the firearm where you reside. I cannot overly emphasis that BEFORE bidding, you need to check with your local FFL (gunshop) that would be handling the transfer to make certain that this specific firearm is legal where you reside. Don't bid and then wait to check. I no longer accept cc/debit card. With the wide use of no-fee smartphone transfer money apps, the high charges incurred by cc processing is no longer necessary. Move into the 21st century and download Zelle, Winning an auction creates a binding contract. Do not bid unless you intend to complete the transaction..If you do not complete the transaction, I will leave negative feedback, and you will likely be banned from egunner.com. If you do not want to complete the transaction, as long as you inform me within 24 hours of the conclusion of the auction, as their are costs and lost opportunities associated with running these auctions, a penalty of $20 or 15% of the winning bid (whichever is greater) will be acceptable, but must be received within 3 days of the auction's end. All sales are final, and “as is”. Unless otherwise stated, none of the used guns have been test fired. Save $$ by paying with Zelle w/no additional fee. If the heading of the listing refers to custom grips. Do not bid on any of my auctions if you insist that a cardboard box containing a new gun be in perfect condition. While approx 95% of new firearm cardboard boxes are in perfect condition, occasionally, if the firearm comes in a cardboard box, the box might be slightly crushed, and or the corners might be damaged (box only). This seldom is the case. Approximately 5% of Cobra products will have some damage to the boxes. Unless the listing for a new firearm specifically and clearly states otherwise, all new firearms sold are from first quality runs, and not factory 2nds. New Cobra products may or may not include a lock. If they do not, the factory might provide one upon registering the firearm. All listed new firearms likely were test fired at the factory. All new firearms will likely have some oil on them from the factory. Even new firearms might need to be cleaned prior to firing (mostly Taurus's and Rock Island products). Email is the preferred mode of communicating. No shipments to the states of CA (unless on the CA State approved firearms list),or the cities of Washington D.C., Chicago, IL. Again, it is SOLELY your responsibility to make certain that you can legally own the firearm where you reside. All firearms must be shipped to a FFL. Payment must be received within 10 calendar days of the sale. A copy of the FFL license to be used for shipping must be received within 7 calendar days of the sale. Within 7 calendar days of the sale, the buyer must contact me via email with his contact information (including at least his/her legal name and telephone number). 7% Pinellas County, Florida sales tax will be charged on all items sold for local pick-up, or shipped to a FL FFL. If non-Florida sale, you will be responsible for paying sales tax where you reside. Whether you do so is up to you and the local tax collector. Subject to local sale. If you forward a FFL copy for shipping, or indicate a FFL to handle the transfer and then change your mind, I will not be responsible if the firearm is shipped to that FFL. All sales are "as is" with no warranties of any type offered by this seller. If any issue arises, you must raise it with the manufacturer and/or importer per their warranty, if any.
