2 Pistol deal - Jennings JA9 9mm and Davis 380acp pistols - both in Good Condition

Up for auction are two inexpensive pistols. Both are in fair+ - good condition. The Jennings 9mm has a new factory adjustable rear sight installed. both should be cleaned and lubed b4 going to the range. Both appear fully functional and both pass function test with flying colors. The 9mm has either a 10 or 12 rd magazine. The Davis probably has a 5 rd magazine. While the Davis is small enough for conceal carry, it is pretty heavy for its size. The Jennings would make a good truck/glove box gun, but is probably to big and heavy for conceal carry. It is solely YOUR responsibility to make certain that you can legally own the firearm where you reside. I cannot overly emphasis that BEFORE bidding, you need to check with your local FFL (gunshop) that would be handling the transfer to make certain that this specific firearm is legal where you reside. Don't bid and then wait to check. As of June 1, 2018 I will no longer accept cc/debit card. New Cobra products may or may not include a lock. If they do not, the factory might provide one upon registering the firearm. All listed new firearms likely were test fired at the factory. All new firearms will likely have some oil on them from the factory. Even new firearms might need to be cleaned prior to firing (mostly Taurus's and Rock Island products). Email is the preferred mode of communicating. No shipments to the states of CA (unless on the CA State approved firearms list),or the cities of Washington D.C., Chicago, IL. N.Y.C..If you reside in those jurisdictions and I happen to ship the firearm there, that will in no way obligate me to refund the purchase. Unless using layaway, all sales must be concluded within 10 days of winning the auction. If using layaway, the 1st full payment must be received within 10 days of the end of the auction. Subject to local sale.The grips will be as indicated in the auction, which maybe different than as indicated on the factory box, as I sometime swap out different color grips. It is YOUR responsibility to make certain you can legally own the firearm where you reside. I reserve the right to cancel any auction if listed in error, which 99.99% would occur within 1 day of listing (usually duplicate rauction listing in error).
